In these 1:1 meditation and breathwork sessions, we co-create a personal practice that supports you in everyday life — exactly where you need it.
Who are these sessions for?
This offering is for you if you are looking for an individual, embodied practice that supports you in a very concrete and practical way.
For example, if you:
want to regulate your nervous system before an important presentation, conversation or decision
wish to bring more focus, presence and calm into your workday
want to show up more consciously, patiently and present in family life
are navigating a challenging phase (e.g. transition, high stress, medical procedures) and seek gentle regulation
are looking for a soft, mindful approach to meditation that truly fits you
feel that meditation or breathing exercises “don’t quite work” for you and want personal guidance
These sessions support you in regulating your nervous system, finding clarity and reconnecting with yourself — without pressure, without performance expectations.
They are not coaching and not therapy, but a personally guided practice focused on self-regulation, mindfulness and inner alignment.
How we work together
Each session is individually tailored and follows a clear, supportive structure:
1. Arrival & short check-in
What do you need right now? Regulation, grounding, clarity or focus?
2. Breathwork
A breathing practice that supports your nervous system (e.g. calming, stabilising or gently energising)
3. Guided meditation
Individually adapted to your topic, pace and current needs
4. Integration
Short reflection and practical guidance for everyday application
After each session
You receive a personally recorded audio meditation (approx. 15 minutes) to support you between sessions.
